For over twenty years, Debbie Jordan has been the backbone of Sacramento Placement Services.

Debbie has dedicated her focus in providing the perfect match between job seeker and client/employer. The goal is always to selectively match each candidate to the employer’s business culture. The candidate is not only qualified but should also uphold and enhance each firm’s unique culture.

Debbie is well aware of the challenges in doing business today. The world and how to be an employer is constantly changing and the demand is to understand the current workforce and determine how to best work within that structure. Adapting to the changing employment laws and regulations is what SPS does and that means that Debbie is a valued resource in legal recruiting and staffing.

Associations and Organizations

Sacramento Legal Secretaries Association (SLSA) was funded in 1940, a nonprofit, educational association was organized for the main purpose of educating and training legal professionals. Membership is open to all Sacramento-area legal professionals.

The Sacramento Valley Chapter of the Association of the Legal Administrators (SVALA) is an organization for Legal Administrators to connect, share and support one another while gaining insight into the management of law firms.

The Association of Legal Administrators’ mission is “to promote and enhance the competence and professionalism of all members of the legal management team; improve the quality of management in law firms and other legal service organizations; and represent professional legal management and managers to the legal community and to the community at large.”
